Products arriving damaged should be refused by the recipient and accepted back by the carrier. If visible damage is accepted, both the recipient and carrier must document it. EasyClocking must be notified within 2 business days of receipt, and the product must be preserved in original condition.
To receive a replacement, you must send the following within 5 business days: damage notification document from the carrier and receiver signature, following our written Return Procedures.
For defective items after usage but within warranty (no physical or man-made damage), contact technical support with proof (photos, videos) or a description of the defect. The defective item must be forwarded to the factory for repair.
All shipping costs incurred regarding packages subject for repairs will be handled by the customer.
This applies to repairs only. Any parts or service that must be purchased or provided for repairs outside of the Limited Warranty Policy will be billed to the customer. All shipping costs are the customer's responsibility. Service charges are determined on a case-by-case basis upon item receipt.
All products purchased directly from EasyClocking come with a 30-day return policy. Within 30 days of order receipt, products may be returned for a refund minus a 15% restocking fee. Returned items must be in like-new condition, securely packed in the original box with all accessories, manuals, and CDs, and sent with a valid Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) Number.
Contact customer service for an RMA number. RMA Numbers are not issued on products purchased more than 30 days prior. We will not accept any shipments without a valid RMA number clearly labeled on the outside of the box.
A restocking fee not exceeding 15% applies to all refund requests. Shipping fees are non-refundable. All return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility. Shipments should be certified with tracking numbers — EasyClocking is not responsible for shipments prior to acceptance and arrival at our offices.
Products not purchased directly from EasyClocking are subject to the reseller or distributor's return policies.
