About Us
For decades, the time tracking industry has talked about workers like they're the problem. “Stop time theft.” “Catch buddy punchers.” “Prevent fraud.” The implicit message to the hardest-working people in America: we don't trust you.
EasyClocking by WorkEasy Software was built on a different belief. We believe the vast majority of workers are honest. We believe the systems they're forced to use are broken. And we believe the technology that tracks their time should be fair to everyone — workers and companies alike.
That's not a marketing position. It's the foundation of everything we build, everything we say, and every relationship we earn.
The vast majority of workers in construction, manufacturing, transportation, and warehousing are honest people who show up, do the work, and go home with sore backs and tired feet. The framing that treats time fraud as a workforce-wide epidemic is a lie told by vendors who profit from fear.
When time records are wrong, it’s almost never because someone lied. It’s because the process is broken — paper timesheets, manual re-entry, disconnected tools, human error compounding at every step. Blame the system, not the people inside it.
A worker who buddy punches is a bad actor. A foreman who manipulates records is also a bad actor. Neither one represents the majority. Our technology holds both sides accountable to the same truth — because time doesn’t take sides, and neither do we.
It requires fair access to shifts and overtime. It requires a clean handoff between time tracked and pay received. It requires a system where no worker gets shortchanged by an honest mistake and no company gets blindsided by an error they didn’t know about.
In 1843, Thomas Carlyle called it “the everlasting right of man” — a fair day’s wages for a fair day’s work. Samuel Gompers built the American Federation of Labor around it. Franklin Roosevelt signed it into law. For 183 years, the demand has been the same. EasyClocking is the technology that finally delivers on it.
Fair pay for hard work.
That's it. That's the whole thing.
Not “stop time theft.” Not “prevent buddy punching.” Not “catch your employees.”
Fair pay for hard work. A promise to every worker that the hours they put in will be reflected in the paycheck they take home. A promise to every company that the records they rely on are accurate, defensible, and fair. A promise that the system holds both sides to the same standard — because the truth about time doesn't take sides, and neither do we.
A small number of bad actors create problems that get blamed on the whole workforce. Our clocks eliminate the possibility of gaming — on both sides — without treating anyone like a suspect.
80% of timesheets require corrections. The cause is almost never dishonesty — it’s paper, re-entry, and disconnected tools. We replace the broken system so every hour is recorded right the first time.
Fair pay requires fair access. Our scheduling tools make the distribution of shifts and overtime visible, equitable, and defensible.
The gap between time tracked and pay received is where honest mistakes happen. Direct integration eliminates the gap so every paycheck honors the work.
EasyClocking started with a simple observation: the time clocks available to small and mid-size businesses were either cheap and unreliable, or enterprise-grade and impossibly expensive. We set out to build something better — industrial-quality biometric time clocks at a price that made sense for the companies that actually need them.
Our first fingerprint and RFID clocks went into the field — on factory floors, construction trailers, and warehouse loading docks. Built to survive dust, grease, cold, and the reality of physically demanding work.
Five thousand companies trusted us with their most important data: the hours their people worked. By this point, we’d learned something that would eventually reshape our entire brand — the industry’s biggest problem wasn’t technology. It was how the industry talked about the people using it.
Touchless, glove-friendly, outdoor-capable biometric verification. Built for the environments where fingerprint readers struggle — construction sites, cold storage, food processing, and anywhere workers can’t take off their gloves to punch in.
The rebrand reflected a broader mission: not just clocks, but a complete system — time and attendance, scheduling, payroll integration — all built around the same promise of accuracy and fairness.
We crossed 10,000 customers and three-quarters of a million workers tracked through our system. And we planted our flag: fair pay for hard work. Not a tagline. Not a campaign. The foundation of everything we build from here.

Up to 99.9% biometric match accuracy. Technology that works through dust, grease, gloves, and cold. If the record isn’t right, nothing else matters.
Complex workforce problems, simple solutions. If it takes training to use, we haven’t finished designing it. Your payroll clerk shouldn’t need an engineering degree.
Real people, based in the U.S., available when you need them. No overseas call centers. No chatbots pretending to understand your prevailing wage question.

Most time tracking vendors sell fear — “stop time theft,” “catch buddy punchers.” We reject that framing. We believe the vast majority of workers are honest and that inaccurate records are a system problem, not a people problem. Our technology holds both sides to the same standard: verified identity, accurate records, fair pay.
EasyClocking is headquartered in Pembroke Pines, Florida, with U.S.-based support staff. We’ve been building time clocks for American businesses since 2011.
